The Educational Alliance for Science & Technology (EAST) is a non-profit, volunteer-based — registered charity — organization serving Quebec students for over 39 years in extracurricular science & technology activities.

Some events are the CRC Robotics Competition (since 2002), CRC Junior ( since 2003 and formerly known as RoboJunior and Junior Robotics Competition), and the Regeneron International Science & Engineering Fair (Quebec affiliation and since 1992).

Also, under the TechnoScience network, EAST is responsible for the Hydro-Québec Science Fair for the anglophone regional fair encompassing Montérégie, Montréal, Laval, Laurentides and Lanaudière.  The organization has been operating the regional science fair since 1983.

Our mission is to encourage, to inspire, and to enable students’ learning and apply science and technology in their everyday lives.
